Billing and payments
What Counts as a Visited Token?
Only patients marked as Visited by the doctor or staff are counted toward your billing. No-shows and cancellations are never charged.
How Does Billing Work After the Free Period?
Once your free 3 months end, we track your usage at ₹5 per visited token. An invoice is raised when your usage reaches ₹1,000 or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. Pay the invoice to continue. No automatic charges. No card required upfront.
How the Free 3-Month Trial Works
Your clinic gets full access to all PulzX Essentials features for 3 months from the date of activation. There is no token limit during the free period. All features work exactly as they will after the trial.
What if My Usage Is Low in a Month?
No problem. If your usage does not reach ₹1,000, you will receive an invoice for whatever you used at month end. A slow month costs you only what you actually used.
What Happens if I Do Not Pay the Invoice?
Your PulzX queue will pause until the invoice is cleared. Your clinic data and settings are never deleted. Resume anytime by paying the invoice.
